Data Deletion Request

This URL is provided for the Puzzlearn app (developer name: Puzzlearn) as required for Google Play listing disclosure.

1) Send an email with the subject "Data Deletion Request" to [email protected] from the email address associated with your Puzzlearn account.

2) Include the email address linked to your account and, if available, your username.

3) Complete any additional identity verification we may request for account security.

4) After verification, we process the request and notify you by email once deletion is completed.

Account profile data (name, profile details, account preferences) is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

In-app learning history, task progress, and personal content associated with the account are deleted or de-identified.

Transaction, billing, and accounting records that must be kept for legal compliance may be retained for up to 10 years.

Technical logs used for security, abuse prevention, and auditing are typically retained for up to 180 days.

Records required for dispute resolution or legal claims may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
