Puzzlearn provides educational discovery, short-form learning experiences, and related features. Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue functionality to improve the product or comply with law.

Some experiences may require creating an account or installing our mobile application. Where third-party platforms (such as Apple App Store or Google Play) apply additional terms, those terms may also govern your use of the app obtained through those stores.

You must be able to enter a binding contract under the laws that apply to you. If you use Puzzlearn on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Paid features or subscriptions, when offered, are processed by platform billing providers (for example Apple or Google). Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds may be subject to the platform’s policies in addition to any in-product disclosures.

Free trials and promotional pricing, when offered, are described at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through your platform account settings.

You agree not to misuse the service. For example, you must not attempt to access non-public systems, interfere with other users’ use, scrape or harvest data at unreasonable rates, reverse engineer except where permitted by law, or upload malware.

You must not use Puzzlearn in violation of applicable law, including laws related to privacy, intellectual property, and export controls.

Puzzlearn and its licensors own the service, branding, software, and underlying content compilations, subject to third-party rights. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property in the service.

You retain rights in content you submit where applicable. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display such content as needed to operate and improve the service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage.

Educational materials are for general learning and discovery. They are not professional advice (including medical, legal, or financial advice).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puzzlearn and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Puzzlearn for the service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty US dollars (USD 50).

You may stop using Puzzlearn at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, the service, or to comply with law.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, and governing law) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
