KPSS Bachelor 3-Month Strategy: Aptitude + Knowledge Balance
A 3-month strategy to push P3 score for the Turkish KPSS Bachelor exam: aptitude/knowledge balance, mock cadence, and memory drills.
Right balance between aptitude and knowledge
Most candidates lose P3 because they don't balance Turkish/math against history/geography. Symmetric blocks of 90 minutes Turkish + 90 minutes math + 60 minutes knowledge for the first 4 weeks; from week 5, add 30 minutes to the weakest area.
History: flow study, not memorisation
Solve history questions through chronological flow. Draw a 30-minute weekly timeline of Ottoman fragmentation, founding years, and Republic milestones. Build personal cards for repeated 'trap names' (e.g., Mahmut II).
Geography: map reflexes
Daily 15-minute map sessions cementing province-region-local-product mapping and climate classification. Build the visual memory before solving questions.
Citizenship + Constitution: by article number
Articles 6, 10, 15, 17, 26, 76, 79, 87, 119, 175 — these are the most-trapped over the last five years. Memorise the linkage (article ↔ concept), not raw numbers.
Last 4 weeks: full mock cadence
Eight to ten full KPSS mocks during the last four weeks, at the actual exam time. Update the P3 target after each mock and analyse repeated topic gaps.
