Net (TR exam scoring)
In Turkish multiple-choice exams, 'net' is the correct count minus a quarter of the wrong count: net = correct − (wrong / 4). ÖSYM uses this formula across most exams.
Examples
- • TYT Turkish: 35 correct, 4 wrong → net = 35 − 1 = 34
- • AYT Math: 28 correct, 8 wrong → net = 28 − 2 = 26
